summary meeting + company team building" activity. This two-day arrangement fully reflects our high attention 

to internal collaboration and service quality as a professional refrigerant exporter.

Day 1: Camping Barbecue + Games, Release Pressure And Gather People's Hearts

In the green camping base, all SHINGCHEM employees participated in outdoor barbecue and fun games. Everyone 

communicated in a relaxed atmosphere and enhanced mutual understanding. As a supplier of refrigerant gas and air 

conditioning accessories serving global customers, we always believe that the spirit of teamwork is the foundation 

for providing high-quality products and services.

Day 2: Mid-Year Meeting Summary Review, Clear Goals And Start Again

The next day, we held a mid-year work meeting to comprehensively review the sales performance, customer feedback 

and internal process performance in the first half of 2025. The meeting pointed out that the company should pay more 

attention to product quality and service. We proposed specific improvement measures such as strengthening departmental 

coordination and improving response efficiency to ensure that we continue to maintain competitiveness in the refrigerant 

markets such as R134a, R410A, R32, R600a, and R1234yf.

As a globally active supplier of refrigerants and refrigerant products, SHINGCHEM has always been customer-oriented. 

This meeting not only enhanced the team's cohesion, but also laid a solid foundation for deepening the global market in 

the second half of the year.
