In the early morning, the company entrance was festively decorated.  First, colorful fireworks soared into the sky, blooming into brilliant flowers in the morning light. The resounding crackle of firecrackers dispelled the chill of early spring and ignited the boundless aspirations and enthusiasm of all employees for the new year.

The highlight of the ceremony was the warm and meaningful activity of "Hanging Blessing Cards and Drawing Fortune Notes." A glittering "golden tree" stood in the center of the venue, symbolizing abundant fruits, wealth, and good fortune. Each employee received an exquisite blessing card. Everyone picked up pens and earnestly wrote down their sincere wishes for themselves, their families, and the company—"Good health," "Smooth work," "Thriving performance"... These simple words carried the most beautiful aspirations. Then, one by one, they stepped forward, stood on tiptoe, and carefully hung their cards laden with wishes on the branches of the golden tree. A gentle breeze passed by, and the tree full of blessing cards swayed lightly, as if golden hopes were beginning to sprout.

After hanging the cards came the exciting draw session. The company had prepared a red treasure chest filled with fortune notes, each printed with auspicious words such as "Riding the Wind and Waves," "Unstoppable," and "May All Your Wishes Come True." Employees eagerly reached into the chest to draw their first piece of good luck for the new year. The moment they received their fortune notes, everyone's face beamed with surprise and satisfaction. They showed each other their notes, exchanged blessings, and laughter and cheerful voices echoed throughout the factory.

This ceremony not only promoted traditional Chinese culture but also enhanced team cohesion amidst laughter and joy. The hanging blessing cards signified that wishes would reach to everyone; the fortune notes in hand predicted that good luck would accompany everyone.
